Transmission or reflectivity of these elements is affected resulting in a loss of productivity or loss of information and necessary service activity.

High energy UV-light in interaction with specific air constituents renders irreversible coatings on lenses and changes of the focus conditions of lens- and mirror systems. Ultimately the service and exchange of complete optical systems can be resulting from these defects.

artemis control develops and manufactures systems to permanently safeguard deep UV-optical systems and laser optics. Based on OE- (Original Equipment) contractual cooperation we design systems to run the latest tools series of our customers under clean and easy to service conditions.

Systems for widespread contamination patterns are designed in appropriate variants to be tailored to the site conditions of our customers.
