The assessment of the contamination levels and contamination sources focussed on the target constituents and required limits is an indispensable task in the chain of actions and measures in to achieve the overall goals.

artemis control is in deep engaged developping, certifying and applying new on-line and off-line measurement technologies for contamination assessment together with standardized methods of analysis.

Our ambition and capabilities are to evaluate the situation and best describe the starting point for a successful contamination control project. We examine the time dependant and dynamic behaviour of contaminants in the air because fast contamination peaks contain high additional loads to the process compared to the contamintion baseline.

The combination of real-time data acquired in combination with process log-files strongly supports to identify unwanted sources and thus extends signficantly the service life of the contamination control solution proposed.

The acceptance tests, certification and extended monitoring of the installed system is generally accomplished with the same methodology that laid ground in the assessment phase.

Keeping control about the performance status of the solution is further supported by our activities in regular or continuous monitoring on process level and proprietary service-life indicators incorporated in our products and systems.
